From one phone call to attendees meeting in four steps

You give us the basics

Your meetup slots (say, Tuesday welcome drinks and Wednesday lunch), a space at your venue, its capacity, and how big you want the groups. Ten minutes on a call. We set everything up.

Attendees join from their own phone

A QR code at registration or a link in your attendee email. We ask what they do, what they're hoping to find at your event, plus up to 3 questions you choose.

We build the groups

Groups at the size you set, matched by intent: the person hiring next to the person looking, fresh faces every slot. Each invite says where to go, the first names to look for, and why this group fits.

They walk straight to their group

We send a printable kit for your space: numbered signs if your room has tables, a meeting point if it does not, and icebreakers on the back. No hosts to staff, nothing to download, nothing for your team to run.
